Standard Delivery: Our usual delivery window is 7 to 15 days.

High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or high demand, shipping times may be extended to 16 to 30 days.

Tracking: For your convenience and peace of mind, all shipments are fully tracked.
2. Shipping Disclaimer
While we ensure your package leaves our facility in perfect condition, Averon is not responsible for delays or damages occurred during transportation by the carrier.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order within 24 hours of receipt.

If you notice any issues or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
3. Customer Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.

Address Changes: If you need to modify your address, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot update the shipping details.

Mail Forwarding: If you move after your order has shipped, you are responsible for setting up mail forwarding with your local postal service. Averon is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to residency changes.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or failure to forward mail. If a package is returned to us, additional reshipping fees will apply to send it out again.
4. Returns & Refunds
