At Averon, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy ensures a transparent and straightforward process.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must include all original tags and be in the original packaging.

  • Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for providing their own shipping labels and covering all return shipping costs. Averon does not provide pre-paid return labels.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy:

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for a full refund. At our discretion, a partial refund or store credit may be considered.

  • Custom Goods: Personalized items or special orders cannot be returned.

  • Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty products or personal care goods.

  • Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

3. The Return Process

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at the email above so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If the item meets our quality standards, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item does not meet our criteria upon inspection, a partial refund or store credit may be issued instead.

  • European Union: Customers shipping to the EU have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel or return an order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please reach out to us.
